MEET THE INTERNS
Picture
Faith Caldwell (Birmingham, AL) began dancing at age 5 at local studios throughout Birmingham. She continued her dance education at Alabama School of Fine Arts where studied ballet, modern techniques such as Horton and Limon, Jazz, and West African dance. She has attended summer intensives and festivals including the Alabama Dance Festival, Regional High School Dance Festival, and Bates Dance Festival Summer Intensive in Maine. Faith is an alumna of Alabama School of Fine Arts, where he focus was dance. Ms. Caldwell is a sophomore at Life University completing her BS degree in Exercise Science.

Alexandria "Alex" Fuller (Birmingham, Alabama) is a graduate of Alabama School of Fine Arts (ASFA), and currently attending Troy University, majoring in Communications with a minor in Dance. She has trained in mostly all forms of dance, but particularly loves commercial, jazz funk, and hip hop styles. She has received offers, scholarships, and summer intensive scholarships from multiple universities, schools, and companies such as; Debbie Allen Dance Academy, Joffrey Ballet: New York, Alvin Ailey, The Hartt School, Hollins University, Troy University, etc. Her future plans with her dance career after college is to audition for NBA Dance Teams to prepare her for one of her long term goals of dancing for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and/ or dancing with different music artist to reach her ultimate goal of dancing with Beyoncé. ​

Jasmine Knight (Birmingham, AL) began her career in the arts as a gymnast and dancer. After graduating from Alabama School of Fine Arts where her focus was dance, Ms. Knight went on to receive a B.S. in Sports Medicine from Howard University. Today, she maintains a healthy lifestyle through fitness and dance in Birmingham and is working to develop her own athletic wear line.

​Michael A. Charles (Birmingham, AL) attended The University of Alabama where he was a double major in Theatre & Dance. He began his dance training at Divine Dance School of Performing Arts in Birmingham. Michael attended Shades Valley High School and Hueytown High School, where he continued his studies in dance. Michael has also attended numerous dance conventions such as Intrigue, The Intensive, and Kimmestry. Recently, he has been in a host of productions throughout the southern United States. Michael has been in noted productions like Dreamgirls (Little Albert/ Ensemble), The Color Purple (Ensemble), Beauty & The Beast (Ensemble) at Red Mountain Theatre Company; he was also in A Chorus Line (Richie) at Virginia Samford Theatre. He's currently a Company Dancer at AROVA Contemporary Ballet.

Taylor Bagley (Birmingham, AL) is an ambitious artist. Currently, she attends Troy University as a junior who studies Psychology with a minor in Dance. She has many years of experience in performance and choreography with professional training in jazz, ballet, contemporary, modern, and hip hop. Taylor is an optimistic and adventurous soul who is eager to accept challenges and take risks. She poses as a leader who influences those around her to live freely and be the best version of themselves.  As she continues to flourish, she takes all that she has learned as a means of being service to others. Through the art of dance, she has been exposed and encouraged to explore different facets in strength, ability, and self-fulfillment. Her aspiration is to continue to explore herself as an artist through movement and share her qualities and knowledge with others. ​

​Eryn Cade (Birmingham, AL) is freshman at the University of Alabama double majoring in Dance and Exercise Science and minoring in Blount Undergraduate Initiative. She graduated in dance from the Alabama School of Fine Arts in May 2017. She danced professionally with Atlanta Dance Connection in Atlanta, Georgia during her senior year in high school. Eryn has had the privilege to participate in the Dance the Dream Birmingham video that was recorded live at Kelly Ingram Park, commemorating 50 years since Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr's “I Have a Dream” speech. She has faithfully served her community withe The FILES Arts Project (TFAP) teaching Horton and Ballet technique instruction each summer.
