The F.I.L.E.S. Arts Project (TFAP) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our mission is to strengthen traditionally underserved communities through arts education, thus bridging the gap between all communities, leading to life-long pursuits of excellence in every area of life.

Join TFAP this summer for a FREE 3-day Workshop held at the Alabama School of Fine Arts focused on in-depth training in various dance styles! Participants will gain clarity in their technical abilities and artistry by building strength, endurance, balance, and emotional expression through movement while learning basic dance skills, concepts, and tools to become a well-rounded artist.

TFAP SPRING 2024
Join Dance Levels for their very first Modern Dance Workshop with TFAP Founder, Kat Files. Dance Levels will have a two day masterclass experience as we walk through elements of Horton technique and learn new choreography for Journey to Africa Live's Dance Production's Modern Piece. Kat is a New York Based dancer, model, actress. She is a 2015 graduate of Fordham University/The Ailey School BFA program in Dance and graduate of Alabama School of Fine Arts. Cost is $25.
