Dr. Faith Caldwell, originally from Birmingham, AL, has had a deep passion for dance since the age of 3. Growing up in Birmingham, she began her dance journey at age 5, studying at local studios and later continuing her education at the Alabama School of Fine Arts, where she is an alumna. There, she trained in ballet, modern techniques such as Horton and Limon, Jazz, and West African dance. Faith also attended summer intensives and festivals including the Alabama Dance Festival, Regional High School Dance Festival, and the Bates Dance Festival Summer Intensive in Maine. She is an alumna of Alabama School of Fine Arts, where her primary focus was dance.
Faith went on to study at Life University, where she earned both a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Her caring heart and love for God inspire everything she does, and she is deeply committed to serving others through her work. In her free time, Faith enjoys dancing, attending music festivals, and entertaining friends with karaoke.

Alexandria Fuller was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. Alex started dancing at a young age. She was the first Birmingham native to dance the principal role of Claire in The Chocolate Nutcracker created by Laverne Reed. She attended and graduated Alabama School of Fine Arts. She then went on to attend Troy University with a concentration in Business Management and a Minor in Dance. There she participated in Sound of the South Band Dance Line and created her own class on campus “Strut in Stilettos.” Since, Alex has been an instructor at numerous studios teaching ballet, jazz, contemporary, and heels.
She performs with numerous local artists and had the pleasure of opening up for T.I. with Logan the Entertainer at the Magic City Classic 2023. Alex started her own business called The Fuller Dance Experience teaching and mentoring kids ages 2-19. Currently, she is one of the directors for The Mesmerizing Sirenz of Birmingham competition team, an HBCU based dance team shaping young kids to prepare them for collegiate level dance programs. Alex is currently performing as an ensemble member in Red Mountain Theatre’s production of Frozen. This marks her second production with the company, following her debut in The Donna Summer Musical.

Alex, aside from now being a mom to her wonderful son Isaiah, enjoys stepping into the world of acting and pole fitness. She has had the pleasure of going to Tyler Perry Studios to do background work for the hit series "All the Queen’s Men" and Tyler Perry’s "Zatima."

Alex is no stranger to TFAP. She began her journey as an assistant to Founder and Executive Director Kat Files during the organization’s early days, later served as a Teaching Artist for the Summer Workshops, and now proudly contributes as a Rehearsal Director.
